Bajimat Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for All Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on bajimat, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

These Terms apply to all players using the bajimat platform regardless of how they access it — whether through the bajimat website, the bajimat mobile app, or any other interface provided by bajimat. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration

To use the bajimat platform, you must register a personal account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register a bajimat account.
• Each person may hold only one bajimat account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Bajimat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered using false information will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

Bajimat may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. If your account is declined, any funds deposited during the registration process will be returned to you promptly.

3 Deposits & Payments

Bajimat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Bajimat does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your bajimat account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bajimat does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Bajimat reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit if required for verification purposes.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bajimat account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Bajimat does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours.
• Bajimat may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are any outstanding verification requirements on your account.
• Bajimat reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional security checks are required.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bajimat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or market in question. General betting rules that apply across all markets on bajimat are set out below.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you select a bet and the time you confirm it — you will be notified of any odds change before confirming.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the cash-out feature is available and activated by the player.
• Bajimat reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds or incorrect event details.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded before the bet was accepted will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of an event being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the bajimat platform.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Bajimat reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Live odds update in real time and bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to allow for odds processing. Bajimat is not responsible for any connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing a live bet.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajimat offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to your bajimat account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bajimat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajimat platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on bajimat.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which bets are offered.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using bajimat for any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets in coordination with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajimat staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bajimat reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is complete.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you after any outstanding investigations are resolved, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold.
• You may close your bajimat account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Bajimat may also close accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. You will be notified before any inactive account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bajimat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their betting activity. We take this responsibility seriously and have built a range of features into the platform to support players who need them.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bajimat platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

• Bajimat's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
